This walk is accessible to all thanks to its low altitude difference and walking time.
If you have time, stop at a winegrower's to discover the making of the AOC Ayze wine.
Between forest and vineyards you will discover the richness of the village of Ayse!
The forest of Levry offers you a soothing atmosphere of undergrowth. Then the landscape opens up and offers a breathtaking view of the hillsides of the village, the Arve valley and the Bargy Massif. You will also be able to see the Massif du Haut Giffre (le Buet) in the distance. The path on which you will be is typical of the agricultural and wine-growing construction of Ayse, known as a terrace (old stone wall). It allows to appreciate the patrimonial and landscape aspect of Ayse.

1/ From the Levry parking lot or the Bonneville campground, follow the direction "Centre d'Ayse".
2/ After a small portion on the road, continue in the direction of "Centre d'Ayse".
3/ You are going through the forest of Levry
4/ Once on the road, walk to "Chez Chardon".
5/ Once at the place, take the path on your right, you will appreciate a small path which goes along the vineyards.
6/ Then at the level of the Hotel "Bellevue", you can take on your right the way back, or prolong the stroll by taking the direction of the "Centre d'Ayse" on your left.
7/ Then at the intersection of the main road of Ayse, continue towards the church. At this place, you will appreciate the view on the remains of the castle of La Motte.
8/ To get to the "Centre d'Ayse", go towards the town hall and then along the road. Continue to the Clos Chaboud from where you can admire a part of the village.
9/ The return, is done by the same way as the outward journey (If you leave from the church of Ayse, start at the end of the step by step).
